Abstract
The main objective of this discussion is to introduce the three-phase-lag theory to study the effect of the rotation on a two-dimensional problem of the micropolar thermoelastic isotropic medium. By using normal mode analysis, the exact expression of the displacement components, the stress components, the temperature components and the micro-rotation components was obtained. Numerical solutions of the physical quantities are illustrated graphically and shown in figures by considering the material properties of magnesium crystal-like material with the help of the Matlab program. Some comparisons between the three theories show the different results of these theories and the results obtained by (3PHL) mediate the results obtained by (L-S) and (G-N III) theories in the presence of rotation.
