The title compound, C13H12N6O, is a functionalized ditriazolo-quinazoline with substituted ethoxy and methyl groups attached at the 2-position of each triazole spacer. The fused-ring system is essentially planar [r.m.s. deviation = 0.016 (2) angstrom]. In the crystal, a weak C-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bond connects the molecules into a chain along [101].
