The asymmetric unit of the title co-crystal, C8H12N+center dot-C7H4NO4-center dot C7H5NO4, contains two cations, two anions and two neutral 4-nitrobenzoic acid molecules. In the crystal, O-H center dot center dot center dot O, N-H center dot center dot center dot O and C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds connect the ions and molecules, forming a three-dimensional network.
