In the title compound, C14H13N3O3, a twist occurs, as seen in the dihedral angle of 53.60 (12)degrees between the pyrrole and benzene rings. A three- dimensional architecture is formed in the crystal whereby layers of molecules in the ac plane are connected by C-H center dot center dot center dot O and C-H center dot center dot center dot pi interactions.
