The main objective of our literature review is to summarize the available evidence on the individual nutrient role of SAMe (S-adenosyl methionine), Mg (magnesium), and Zn (Zinc) in pediatric depression and ADHD to educate health care providers on possible mechanisms of action and their possible side effects.
