Abstract

Check lists Coleoptera Elateridae Melanotus New species
A total of 8 species of Melanotus was studied from Pakistan, among them a new one, M. raziae n. sp., described from Northern Areas (Chilam Chauki, Nanga Parbat, Rama) and compared with its closely allied M. zethneri. A checklist of all the species of the genus occurring in Pakistan is drawn up.
