Abstract
With the advancement of technological society, human-like a machine and intelligent systems are used to overcome diverse issues of daily life. Artificial intelligence (AI) role is obvious in catering to the automation of these systems. Intelligent systems are used in a number of fields like healthcare, agriculture, mining, complex decision making, automatic vehicle, educational institutions, and many others. Approaches of AI and 5G have transformed the learning and teaching approaches through earlier and smooth access to contents of education. Learning processes are now made productive and interactive through which students can enhance their skills of language through communication with AI-based machine agents instead of native speakers. Various platforms are available which has the capabilities to understand the uncontrollable power of students and can ultimately create content according to the level of students. In order to undertake the aim of teaching effortlessly and flawlessly, the teachers should make use of AI-based methods. Learners' writing, speaking, and listening skills can be improved with the use of a variety of technologies based on AI, natural language processing, machine learning, and deep learning. The current research proposes a decision support system for evaluating the function of the 5G network and AI in situational teaching research in higher education. The study's experimental results showed that the intended study was effective, and the outcomes were satisfactory.
