Abstract

CD45RO antigen chemokines RANTES
RANTES (regulated on activation, normal T cell expressed and secreted) is a chemokine which has an important role in the attraction and recruitment of CD45RO/CD4 super(+) lymphocytes, monocytes and eosinophils to sites of inflammation. The promoter sequence and transcriptional regulation of RANTES were characterized by Nelson et al. (1993).
