Abstract
Methods After full clinical examination and selection of patients with localized bronchiectasis who are surgically unfit, localization of affected lobe by chest computed tomography and injection of 3-5 ml of 0.5% silver nitrate by fiberoptic bronchoscopy using special catheter with balloon to prevent spread to nearby lobes, then follow up after bronchoscopy and after one month for compliaction and improvement in symptoms.
