Abstract
Actinomycosis osteitis is rare. We report a case of actinomycosis osteitis of skull basis in immunocompetent 38 years old male. Infection was developed from chronic otitis. Diagnosis was difficult and established after surgical biopsy. Adequate surgical procedure and prolonged antibiotic therapy with Trimethoprim-Sulfamethoxazole were efficent.
