Abstract
In this paper, we characterize complex measures it on the unit ball for which the Toeplitz operator T-mu, is bounded or compact on the space of holomorphic functions in the unit ball B-n that have bounded mean oscillation with respect to the Bergman projection and the Bergman metric. Application to the Hankel operators are indicated.
