The proposed procedure depends on the partial irregular wavelet change, the particular change and the summed up logistic chaotic map. The fractional random wavelet transform coefficients are then diffused by a riotously created lattice key. In the penultimate step, the particular change is connected on the diffused picture to get the scrambled biometrics picture.
