Abstract
Modern manufacturing mainly focused on the development of various amalgamation (composites) materials having superior qualities and good properties in comparison with metals and especially the aluminium matrix composites have a wide range of acceptance in all engineering industries and bio medical applications. In these materials having low density with high sustainable strength of the components and also with good machinability and surface roughness. There is a need to increase the mass production while reducing the cost of the components or product. The aluminium composite alloys have high strength, excellent corrosion, and high wear resistance. But presently, some of the amalgamation material complexity in the fabrication process of new material and its arrives difficult machining. Some of these manufacturing difficulties are high tool wear and dynamic forces when machining which consequently limiting its applications. Also from literature it has been understood that by increasing the wt % of fly ash with AL6061 particles in the aluminium matrix, improves the mechanical properties brefily reviewed.
