Abstract
The description and optimization of a transparent conductive oxide is the purpose of this present paper. Multiple simulations of the studied material were exhibited based on a simple mathematical model. The proposed approach illustrated the efficiency of the combination between the genetic algorithms and the analytical modeling for developing and optimizing the TCO structure. The execution of the simulation was via a model developed in MATLAB environment. The essential goal of this research is to acquire the best possible values to boost and to improve the TCO efficiency.
