Abstract

Adults Exercise Health aspects Hypercholesterolemia Mental illness Psychological aspects Risk factors
The article reports on a study to evaluate the associations, if any, between severity of mental distress (MD), and having high cholesterol, accounting for physical activity (PA) in U.S. adults. The results indicate that severity of MD is associated with reporting high cholesterol independent of PA.
