Abstract
Bullying among young children is often overlooked even though it is a major contributor to long term behavioural development of individuals. This problem is especially common in developing counties where the staff is untrained to deal with issues such as bullying. Lack of professional training is just one of the barriers that teachers face in managing bullying behaviour among young children. In addition, other barriers such as lack of clear policy and guidelines, lack of administrative support etc. are some other barriers that affect teachers' ability to manage bullying behaviour among young children. Enhancing the knowledge in this regard can contribute towards the development of bullying management framework which can be integrated with the teacher training program in order to improve the psychological development of children.
