Abstract
In this paper, we shall be concerned with the problem of obtaining Bayesian one sample prediction bounds for certain order statistics for samples from the Lomax (alpha, beta) distribution assuming that both of the parameters alpha and beta are unknwon with exponential - exponential prior density. As an extension, prediction in (k + 1)th sample is made, based on earlier k samples. Numerical examples are used to illustrate the procedures. See Abd Ellah(1).
