The advancement of Smartphone technologies improves the mobile Healthcare (m-Healthcare) applications such as telemedicine, remote diagnostics, web-based access of in (or) out patient information and distributed Health Care Management Information Systems (HMIS). The willingness of Healthcare societies to collaborate and coordinate concerning the information about the patients for superior and in time services since health is a crucial concern and need an immediate focus. Hence, this paper proposes a hybrid Peer-to-Peer network for the health care societies, where it is a system of Mobile Communication Devices using BitTorrent protocol, based on local communication devices connected to a common Wi-Fi point. It considers P2P network architecture, an existing solutions overview, and analyses the benefits of using this offered solution over the real time medical data available from the King Fahad Specialist Hospital-Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
