In this paper, we introduce new classes VM(beta) and VN(beta) of analytic functions with varying arguments in the open unit disc U = {z is an element of C : |z| < 1}. Some properties such as coefficient estimates, extreme points, distortion theorems for functions f(z) belonging to the classes are obtained.
