Abstract
With the EUB Test Battery and its further development, the BWT Test Battery, computer-assisted psychological assessment has a long tradition in the Psychological Service of the Bundesanstalt fur Arbeit (Federal Employment Institute). Experiences are described which were made with these two test batteries in the context of test administration, scoring via OCR reader, preparation of a data base for computerassisted vocation-oriented test interpretation, and the use of these test results in vocational guidance. DELTA is presented, a multi-user system for the support of psychological assessment in the employment offices with which several counselees can be tested simultaneously. DELTA is being tested in five local employment offices at present. Experiences gained while developing and testing the DELTA system are described as well as the first empirical findings.
