Abstract
Street dust samples from several sites in London, Birmingham, and Lancaster, england, were collected and analyzed. The six lead species found in the various street dust samples are reported. The major cyrstalline lead compound in street dusts was lead sulfate. Formation mechanisms of lead sulfate are suggested.
