Abstract
The volatile oils of five plants. Tripleurospermum aurilactum, Rumex vesicarius, Pulicaria orientalis, P. somalensis and Artemisia abyssinica were collected using steam distillation and their constituents were analysed by GC/MS. The first two plants are being studied for the first time. In addition, a further study on the chemical constituents of the third one is reported.
