Abstract
This paper explores collapsing solutions of the field equations in the context of 4D Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet (EGB) gravity. We study the effects of GB-term on the energy density, pressure (tangential and radial) and anisotropy of the collapsing system. We consider expansion scalar (& UTheta; < 0) to obtain the collapsing solution. Furthermore, we discuss the graphical behavior of the source variables.
