Abstract

The catalytic oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride over VPO catalyst in a circulating fluidized bed is studied. The investigation is based on using different rate expressions derived from different catalysts. Performance analysis of conversion and selectivity to maleic anhydride is targeted. Catalyst developed by Rao and Bej((1)) is superior to the others.
