Abstract

ABSTRACT Echovirus 24 belongs to human enterovirus B species in the family Picornaviridae . Here, we report the whole-genome sequences of a novel complete genome sequence of a recombinant (echovirus 24) Echo 24 strain, PZ18/JS/2012, which was isolated from a patient with hand-foot-and-mouth disease in China.
