Two children with complete congenital anterior hypopituitarism developed hyponatremia; inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone was documented despite adequate hormonal replacement therapy. These cases show that congenital hypopituitarism can be associated with SIADH in children later than the neonatal period, despite adequate replacement therapy.
