In this paper, we use a non-Killing conformal vector field on an n-dimensional compact Riemannian manifold (M, g) to find a characterization of a n-sphere S-n(c). We also use a non-Killing conformal vector field on an n-dimensional complete connected Riemannian manifold to find a characterization of the Euclidean space R-n.
