Abstract
Presents the second in a new series of short educational programmes covering a range of important topics in medical education. The second topic is supervision, and the article looks at supervision in action, including on-the-job supervision, one-to-one supervision and group and peer supervision, offers practical tips and presents other learning opportunities.
