Abstract
This letter proposes an easy yet cost-effective process of a very sensitive thermo-electric pressure sensor based on Seebeck effect. For this purpose, two conductive substrates and pristine nanomaterial powder are used. This thermo-electric pressure sensor can be used for measurement of pressure in industry and medicine and in instrumentation as well. Materials that are used for the fabrication of the thermo-electric pressure sensors are economical and are easily available in the commercial market. The materials used are pristine nanopowder of n-type bismuth telluride (n-Bi2Te3), nanopowder of graphene, and flexible ITO substrates as conductive substrates.
