Abstract
The general relativistic equations of motion of a Vaidya-Reissner-Nordstrom thin shell are formulated through cut-and-paste technique (Darmois-Israel formalism). These equations of motion are reduced to the standard Ostriker-Gunn equations in the non-relativistic limit.
