Abstract

Crystallography Physical Sciences Science & Technology
The title compound, C12H8ClFN2OS, is a hydrazide derivative adopting an E conformation with an azomethine N=C double bond length of 1.272 (2) angstrom. The molecular skeleton is approximately planar; the terminal five-and six-membered rings form a dihedral angle of 5.47 (9)degrees. In the crystal, molecules are linked by N-H center dot center dot center dot O and C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds into zigzag chains propagating in [100].
