Abstract
Tooth eruption into the nasal cavity is considered a rare phenomenon. The clinical manifestations of an intranasal tooth are quite variable. However, many patients may be completely asymptomatic and are only noted incidentally. Early surgical extraction is considered the treatment of choice in both cases to avoid potential complications. Thus, a proper clinical approach is a must to establish the diagnosis. In this article, we report an unusual case of intermittent unilateral epistaxis and unilateral nasal obstruction caused by an intranasal tooth in a 15-year-old adolescent male patient who was successfully managed by endoscopic surgical extraction of the tooth and concomitant septoplasty.
