Abstract
The effect of gamma-radiation on the photoconductivity of CdTe single crystal was studied. The results showed a decrease in the photoconductivity and the effective carrier lifetime with the dose of radiation. The results were discussed and comparisons with other experiments made. 7 ref.--AA
