Abstract
Aspergillus flavus and Ulocladium chlamydosporum, isolated from apple, grew on a liquid medium containing up to 300 mu g/ml Cd. There was growth stimulation at 100 mu g/ml Cd and inhibition at 200-300 mu g/ml Cd.
