Abstract
Poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) was blended with acrylonitrile/diallyl amine derivatives [diallyl amine (DAA), diallyl amine acetate (DAAA), diallyl guanidine (DAGA)] copolymers for the improvement of thermal and photo stabilization of the polymer as well as the improvement of its mechanical properties. Thermal properties are investigated using thermal gravimetry (TG). The determination of Young's modulus, which is considered as a measure of the crystallinity of the polymeric matrix occurred using testometric machine. The plasticity of the film will be investigated by the determination of the elongation at the break value. The ESEM is used to determine the homogeneity of the blend films.
