Abstract
The system Co0.6Zn0.4MnxFe2−xO4 was prepared by the general ceramic method. The X-ray diffraction patterns confirmed the spinel cubic structure. The dielectric constant, electrical conductivity and magnetic susceptibility were studied as a function of the jump length of electrons at the B sites of the above compositions. The increase of the jump length of electrons increase the electrical conductivity, dielectric constant and magnetic susceptibility which confirms that the jumping of electrons is predominant in the electrical behavior of ferrites.
