Abstract
Creating nanoparticles size oxide materials that exhibit exotic electrical and dielectric properties has received a lot of attention lately. One reason it may be due to the availability of several techniques to create these nanoparticles. This work uses co-precipitating aqueous solutions to prepare CuO-Cu-4(OH)(6)SO4 nanoparticles mixture. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that CuO-Cu-4(OH)(6)SO4 mixtures were crystallized in nano-size with an average particle size of 39 nm. The electrical and dielectric properties of this mixture, as well as its dependence on the frequency and the temperature, were investigated. The utilized ranges of the frequency and temperature in this study were from 40 Hz to 1 MHz and 303-403 K, respectively. We have discussed the implication of the conductivity results of the mixture. Also, the appropriate conduction mechanism of the CuO-Cu-4(OH)(6)SO(4 )mixture is reported.
