Abstract
The study of electrical properties of flexible organic diode (OLEDs) based on MEH-PPV conjugated polymer, which utilize transparent and conducting multi walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) thin films as anode on plastic substrate, is reported. Diode parameters, such as the series resistance R-s and the ideality factor n were calculated. Overall, our obtained results demonstrate the possibility of integrating the elaborated flexible electrodes in organic diodes having the structure PET-MWCNT/MEH-PPV/AI. (C) 2014 Elsevier Ltd.
