Abstract
Introduction: Alport syndrome is a x-link heredity disease with a secondary loss of sense. End-stage renal failure (ESRF) is a progressive severity of the syndrome. The management therapy offered in the complex situation Superinfection is discussed in this case study for the evaluation of safety procedure and symptomatic treatment plan.
Case presentation: A 18 year old boy with eight years of Alport syndrome history admitted in hospital with end-stage renal failure a secondary peritonitis, invaded with severe septicemia at the site of IV catheter. Symptomatic treatment plan was made to treat the complexity but death occurred on the fifth day admission.
Conclusion: Therapeutic gaps were found in the management plan, needed for prophylactic treatment and septicemia. Insulin induced hypertension was found unexpectedly, symptoms showed acidosis linked with severe sepsis.
