Abstract
This project presents the novel synthesize of the Ti-Sn doped Cu-ferrite nanoparticles with different ratios by sol gel/precipitation rout. The main properties of Ti0.5-xSnxCu0.5Fe2O4 (x: 0.0, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.5) was investigated with various techniques. The X-ray diffraction analysis depicts the formation of different ratio of Ti0.5-xSnxCu0.5Fe2O4 with the perfect purity. The degradation of martius yellow dye (MY), and 3-nitrotoluene (3NT) by prepared nano-photocatalyst was investigated under visible light irradiation, the amount of MY and 3NT degradation were achieved to 88%, and 99% in 180 min, respectively. Ti0.5-xSnxCu0.5Fe2O4 depicts higher degradation activity due to the lowest band gap in comprised other catalyst. Ti0.5-xSnxCu0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles are a type of superparamagnetic contrast agents in magnetic resonance imaging. Ti0.5-xSnxCu0.5Fe2O4 nano -particles can be released drug under near infrared laser irradiation. The results showed that synergistic influence of photothermal and chemotherapy versus HeLa cells under laser irradiation.
