Abstract
We introduce the novel concept of (a-?)-fuzzy contractive mappings on fuzzy double-controlled metric spaces and demonstrate some fixed-point results. The theorems presented generalize some intriguing findings in the literature. Thus, we prove the fixed-point theorem in the settings of fuzzy double-controlled metric spaces. Furthermore, we provide several examples and an application of our result on the existence of the solution to an integral equation.
