Abstract
The standard error (3.822cm for the right and 4.019cm for the left foot measurements) in the study group was higher than that observed in the female group (3.269cm for the right and 3.517cm for the left foot measurements) and lower when compared to the male group (4.178 and 4.279cm in right and left foot measurements, respectively). [...]considering the very fact that in their study [9], all the examined variables show a significant correlation with stature in males and females, it appears highly improbable to have such a large error of 9-10cm in stature estimation only for the sex dependent regression models.
