The purpose of this paper is to establish and solve the Fredholm integral equation of the second kind with potential kernel from the semi-symmetric Hertz problem for two different elastic materials in three dimensions. The kernel of the problem is represented in the non-homogeneous wave equation. Also the structure resolvent of the problem is obtained.
