Semen from Murrah buffalo bulls (10) was frozen employing different glycerolization methods and equilibration periods. The quality of frozen semen was assessed by tests, viz. leakage of aspartate amino transferase, post-thaw forward motility, acrosome maintenance, sephadex filtration and live count. Glycerolization employing 2-step dilution technique and equilibration period of 3 hr was significantly better for pre-freezing processing of buffalo semen.
