This article develops global regularity criteria for unsteady magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) flow of third grade fluid through porous medium. Firstly we obtain the regularity criteria for L-2 norm and then we extend the results for the higher norm in terms of BMO (bounded mean oscillations). Uniqueness of solution is also verified.
