Abstract
A case of Hashimotoʼs thyroiditis is presented. I-123 thyroid scintigraphy demonstrated a hot nodule in the left lobe and a cold nodule in the right, which was well visualized by TI-201 imaging. This unusual scintigraphic appearance is demonstrated, and its possible explanation discussed.
