Abstract

Computational fluid dynamics Fluid flow Fluids Heat transfer Incompressible flow Magnetohydrodynamic flow Slip Walls
This article is concerned with the effects of variable suction and heat transfer on the oscillatory magnetohydrodynamic flow in the presence of slip at the wall. An incompressible second grade fluid fills the semi-infinite porous medium. Modified Darcy's law for second grade fluid is used in the flow modeling. A critical assessment is made for the slip and no-slip cases. The influence of sundry parameters on the flow is discussed through graphs.
