Abstract
In this work, the linear and weakly nonlinear stability inspections on the thermal convection of hybrid nanomaterial in a porous medium are made using modified Buongiorno two-phase Darcy model. Analytical expression for the critical hybrid nanofluid dimensionless number on the onset of convective motion is obtained using linear stability theory. In current situation of weakly nonlinear investigation, the transient heat transport in the arrangement is obtained in the form of Nu numerically using R-K45 procedure. The numerical results are offered for water-copper-silver hybrid nanofluid. The results indicate that a boost in the value of the volume concentration of hybrid nanoparticle and hybrid nanoparticle parameters is to rapid the onset of convective motion in hybrid nanomaterial layers. Nu increases at most 21.9% with an augment of 3% in the estimate of R-hnf at 2% volume fraction of hybrid nanoparticles.
