Abstract
The impact of magnetic field and porous medium on the flow of a micropolar fluid with combined effects of heat and mass transfer in the presence of thermal radiation is studied. Closed form solutions are obtained for momentum, angular momentum, energy, and concentration equations by means of the Laplace transform technique. The corresponding skin friction and couple stress coefficient are shown in tabular form and discussed. The effects of permeability and magnetic parameters are plotted and discussed. A comparison between the velocities of Newtonian and micropolar fluids is also provided graphically.
