Abstract
In this study, we are reporting the immunomodulatory behavior of different crude fractions of Nepeta juncia. In case of immunomodulatory study, the ethyl acetate and chloroform friction demonstrated significant modulatory effect for oxidative burst of polymorphoneutrophils, while the aqueous fraction demonstrated moderate inhibition. Hence, both the CHCl(3) and ethyl acetate fractions of N. juncia are suggested further for the isolation and identification of active constituents may be responsible for the observed effects.
